This website is operated by Leon Campbell, trading as Train With Lyon, a personal training service based in London, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at trainwithlyon@gmail.com.

These terms apply to the purchase and use of our digital training programmes through this website. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.

Our programmes are digital products supplied as downloadable PDF files. They provide structured training and general guidance; they are not a bespoke coaching service unless separately agreed in writing.

When you buy a programme you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own training. Each copy is personally licensed to you and watermarked with your details.

You must not:

• resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit the programme;
• share, distribute, upload, or publish the file or your download link, in whole or in part; or
• remove or alter any watermark, branding, or copyright notice.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable tax. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card details. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.

Delivery is digital and immediate. As soon as your payment is confirmed, a secure download link is emailed to the address you provide. For security, the link is valid for up to 3 downloads within 72 hours. If your link expires or you run out of downloads, email us and we will issue a fresh one.

It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and to ensure you can receive our email.

Our programmes are digital products delivered instantly. By purchasing and downloading, you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. For this reason, purchases are non-refundable once the download has been accessed.

This does not affect your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If the programme is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you are entitled to a remedy — please contact us at trainwithlyon@gmail.com and we will put it right.

Our programmes provide general fitness information and are not medical advice. Exercise carries inherent risks. You should consult a qualified doctor before starting any new training or nutrition programme, particularly if you are pregnant, have an injury, or have a medical condition.

You participate at your own risk and are responsible for exercising safely and within your own limits. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of a programme.

All content in the programmes and on this website — including text, design, images, and branding — is owned by Train With Lyon and protected by copyright. No part may be reproduced or distributed without our written permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising from a programme is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. The terms that apply to your purchase are those in force at the time you buy.
